Fri Morning, Oct. 2, we heard that Cyn's sister, Sherri, and her 4 kids had their whole apartment completely burn down. Everyone was safe but EVERYTHING was destroyed. We set up our website here as a temporary base to collect donations, household items, etc. [NOTE: As of December 1, 2009, Sherri and the kids are doing well, have moved into a new apartment complex, and have been able to replace most their basic items thanks to generous help from so many of you! Thanks to EVERYONE! Donations are still being received through the New Year to help the family through their first holiday season.]

We here at the Blue Sky Way project want to wish all of you a Bright and Blessed Holiday Season and a Very Happy New Year! We are busy back with our main musical projects for now. There are a few more rough Blue Sky songs in the can, so we will shine up some more one of these days. In the meantime, you can find us at home at The Movie

Got the mastered songs back and they sounds excellent. Great job by Brad Blackwood at Euphonic Masters.

The first CD is done. All the tracking and mixing is complete. We ended up with a 5 song EP that leans a bit country, some folk, and plenty of Americana sound as well. Now comes the mastering process--so the songs are off to Memphis :-)
